A professional pianist and keyboardist since he was 14, Dave has also composed countless songs and instrumental compositions. Originally from Chicago, he studied classical piano and studied jazz piano in Boston, MA. He performs as a solo jazz pianist and a member of several bands of various genres. Dave produces music at his studio in North Carolina. Dave's music encompasses many genres. His work has been compared to pianist/composers like Bob James, Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, Jeff Lorber and Lyle Mays, and his recordings are similar to The Rippingtons and Spyro Gyra. Dave also composes film/tv music, using both traditional and modern hybrid orchestral sounds.
